Hello all. This is my first post. I was wondering if anyone has become triggered when entering the shower? Today was the second time (yesterday being the first) in which my hemiplegic migraine got triggered right when i entered the shower and had the water hit my body. I felt some weird painful sharp pains go to my head, and had a Bell's Palsy effect and painful migraine. Anyone undergo the same? This was the first time this ever happened (triggered in the shower).
