As you know I have been following the 26blue.com website as they research what people worldwide are doing for capillary leak. They have two new entries: 6. Pycnogenol (also known as the herb gotu cola), is pine bark extract. In a study, the herb greately reduced subcutaneous edema and venous pressure. "Clinically, the herb also reduced capillary leakage and perivascular inflammation." copied verbatim from http://douglassreport.com/2002/05/24/they-must-all-be-nuts/ (It is in the Move Over Aspirin section) 7. Before the word capillary leak was coined, all edema was called dropsy. This is from the milk cure: "dropsy has never been treated with large quantities of fluid. With all medication withdrawn, one case lost twenty-six pounds in six days, huge edema disappearing from the abdomen and legs, with great relief to the patient. No cathartics or diuretics were given. This property of milk in edema has been noted in both cardiac and renal cases." http://www.realmilk.com/milkcure.html The milk cure uses certified raw milk.

Rivcal, I respectfully request that you create a separate site for swelling disorders *other than* Systemic Capillary Leak Syndrome, and that you put this kind of information there.

OK...but it does say capillary leak. If this is only for people doing IV's...OK.... But not all of us can afford the cost of regular IVs and insurance does not always want to pay....or they have limits. From the other people on this website I have learned not to do certain types of exercise. I have learned about infra-red and accupuncture. It is capillary leak and not other swellling. Capillary leak is not quite the same as other swelling. But it is your site....so OK.
