So what type of medication is everyone on to help with spasticity? I currently take 8mg of Zanaflex at night to help me sleep/twitching. I am going to start on daytime Zanaflex to see if that helps me walk better. Has anyone else tried Zanaflex during the day?

Yes, I use zanaflex 4 times per day, 2mg in 3 daytime doses and 4 mg before bed. It takes zanaflex, valium, baclofen and savella to control my spasticity and body wide pain as the spasm have spread from limbs only to my trunk. I also have Addison's and must take all the meds to keep that in line. I am still walking, but any exercise brings on more severe spasms such that the next day is almost unberable. Any suggestions? Also, the sedation I feel from the night doses make it difficult to wake in the morning. I still hurt every day unless I use narcotics, but try to avoid them as much as possible.
