Hi Shelly I'd never heard of this, but googled and found some interesting reading. However, there was this paragraph at the end of one piece: Individuals who have had transplants should not undertake an H202 program. H202 stimulates the immune system and could possibly cause a rejection of the organ If I understood it right, H202 stimulates oxygen in the cells, but it would be a problem if it stimlates the immmune system. How did you hear about this? And what are your thoughts on it? Alison

Hi Alison & Kelly, met a guy at a BBQ who has been using H2O2 for years, he noticed my persistent cough (seems to be with me all the time now , and gets worse near smoke ) anyhow next day he gave me lots of data to read and it seems to make sense. I am a bit worried about the immune boost , but would love the effect of extra oxygen coursing thru my system. I do feel a bit scared , just the words Hydrogen Peroxide send shivers thru my spine ( IT HAS TO BE FOOD GRADE AND THE % HAS TO BE WORKRD OUT CORRECTLY) but apparently taken in minute quantities and as directed it is relatively harmless . I am going to visit a guy today who is on steroids and had taken H2O2 for two years with good results, then stopped ,his health relapsed and is back on it. Will keep you posted , I will be doing lots and lots more research before I try it .With Kind regards Shelly .

Hi Shelly I must admit, the words Hydrogen peroxide made me recoil in horror at first! But then, if you look at some of the other drugs we are prescribed, they are pretty terrible too. It is certainly interesting, and I would be interested to hear what you find out Alison

Sounds interesting. One part of my medical team is a Naturopathic doctor who's specialty is autoimmune disorders. I'll ask her about it next time I see her. Good luck!
