ear issues anyone?

I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues with hearing sensitivity? My husband's been having spells where his hearing is really tweaked and everything is really loud to him. He'll be loading the dishwasher and the sound of dishes touching each other makes him recoil! I happened to read about hearing sensitivity being related to potassium levels in people with a totally unrelated disease, which made me wonder if that's anyone else's experience here. he also gets pretty severe dizzy/nauseous spells, but that seems like it's probably more likely to be caused by one of the meds (methotrexate, plaquenil, or prednisone though he's almost off that) than his RA or the LGL leukemia.

Hi there, I'm afraid I am unable to help you with the ear issue. I don't experience this at all. I do have boughts of dizziness, but not severe. Hope you find some answers. Sharon

I have always had sensitive hearing, especially with the headaches. I get ear infections and cramps in my ears due to inflamed lump inside ear.

I get a lot of ear infections and sometimes don't hear well-not sure if that is the infections or not.

Isn't it kind of unusual for adults to get ear infections? I've had several too in the last 5-6 years, and one episode of mastoiditis. My new sign of stress or fatigue seems to be an ear ache that is like a sinus headache, but it doesn't develop into an infection.

I don't have any current ear problems but growing up through early 20's I was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis and had frequent ear infections where the eardrums ruptured to let fluid out on several occasions.I had 3 sets of tubes in my lifetime. I'm not sure if its related just mentioning it because it sounds like others have had various ear issues at one time or another. I have had lgl for at least 8 years because that's as far back as I can find cbc records. I may have had it long ago , maybe its related let's see who else has had issues.
