I have IVIG coming up August 16 (less than two weeks from now). I'll let you know how it goes. Not much looking forward to six hours or more of intravenous infusion at one go. But I like the idea of getting anti-synthetase relief without immune system compromise. It seems more like going from strength (keeping tissue from being attacked) than going for weakness (keeping the attacker weak).
