Hi guys, i'm vicki and my husband bob has the syndrome. he is 59 years old and is in good health except for this but he is getting better. was on the 60mg of prednisone which they just started tappering to 50 and increased his cellcept for th elungs to 1000. his lung doctor wants him on flu shots and bactrim because of th eimmune system. some scarrin gin his lungs but he can do stairs now and much less coughing. like i have posted before he was in excellant health until Jan. 08 when he needed a new aortic heart valve. anyone here have any heart problems? imurn made him sick and landed in hospital with him fever so he changed to cellcept. if cellcept doesn't work theres a chemo type drip he could get every 2 weeks. not many side effects we have been told. my email is springflowers196@aol.com
