Hello!!! I would like to know how are you doing these days... I m feeling much better and my tests are coming better and better each time. I m quite happy. I m lowing the prednisone, In tis moment I m taking one day 30 and the other 20. I hope I ll be around 10 or less by the end of the year. I m doing Yoga and waking, and trying to loose some weight. How are you going these days?

Over four years!!!! Ohhhh!!! I´m doing fine. I spent two years with normal cpk, and without syntomps. Now, these last two years I have some activity, my cpk is between 300 and 900. I´m taking 6 mg of prednisone a day, and 15 of metotrexate a week... I´m working, raising my kids, about to move to a new house in a few days, enjoying life... I can say I´m felling very good... I am from Argentina, sorry for my english... How are you feeling???

I am suffering mainly towards late afternoon into the night. I am taking myself in to get my bloods done this morning and then hoping to get an appointment with my specialist ASAP. Had a rough couple of nights with multiple symptoms. Couple of months into this disease and hoping they can get it right soon. On pred and cyclophosphmide. Can't wait to get to your stage Julia and I am so happy that there is someone with some positive news about this disease.
