Is there any friend who is using theophylline and terbutalineit for prevention SCLS,Is the effect good? My doctor in my city advised me to use this method for prevention

for about 8 years I 'm using theofylline 2 dd 250 mg and terbutaline 4 dd 500 mcg inhalation because of a chronic SCLS. I don't experience any side effects. Besides of those two I use imatinib as well. I'm in good condition at this moment.

I am taking it twice a day, terbutaline 150 mg  and terbutaline  5mg,  2 months since the start

I also take, since I was diagnosed with SCLS in  september 2019, theofylline (Xanthium) 300 mg twice a day and terbutaline (Montelukast)  10mg a day and I have no side effects Maybe I will change of terbutaline brand, while the brand Montelukast has no good reputation but personally I did not encounter real side effects . If I am not mistaken this therapy of  theofylline and  terbutaline was the therapy that existed before the use of IVIG. So I receive  theofylline and  terbutaline, on top of 1g/kg every 3 weeks. I think the IVIG therapy is the most important in order to prevent new attacks of SCLS. So talk with your doctor also about the use of IVIG.

Maybe some other community members can add their comment on this.
