Has anyone else taken the Albumin IV at an emergency room or other? The Albumin IV takes 2-3 hours and the results have been great. I have had 5 CLS attacks during 2008 that require the IV. This is the only year besides the initial attack in 2005. The terbutaline and aminophylline seem to keep me from passing out. My pressure can go to 75/45 and still regain conciousness. I have not passed out since taking the meds.

Walt - Albumin will not be expected to work in a severe attack since the albumin leak is so rapid. However I could see where it might help reduce the severity of a milder attack. I am glad it is helping you. I wonder if others share your experience - Dr. Phil Greipp

Dear Walt, It's good to see you on the Rareshare web site as you may recall we traded message on the healthboards web site several months ago. I am happy to hear the Albumin is working for you and hope that the number of attacks goes down. Take care. Allen
