Hi all, My 10-yr old son has still not lost most of his baby teeth. Where he has lost them, it has often taken more than a year for the adult teeth to come in. Has anyone else experienced delays in adult teeth coming in? Thanks, Lili

Hii.. My daughter hasnt yet lost teeth or at the age of it.. But her last cleaning they told me alot of her teeth where fused together, and that them being fused will make it harder to fall out, and if the adult teeth are fused when they grow in it will take longer and be more painfull... Idk if the fused teeth are apart of the syndrome or not.. But they mentioned because she has such a small mouth and chin that might be it, that waz before we gotten the diagnosis. Hope that helps Fused teeth might be something to ask about.

Wow... fused teeth... something I had never even thought about! His front teeth are almost all in and those weren't fused, but I'll get the dentist to look for that at the back. Really appreciate your suggestion. Hope your daughter won't have a hard time of it in the end...

Our daughter is 7 (4q21.22q21.23) and she had a botton lower baby fused tooth. Only one tooth has come back in that place so far. The tooth that came in, came in behind it while the fused tooth was still in and they called it a shark tooth. She has lost about five teeth and it is a very slow process for them to grow back. We have seen a pediatric dentist every six months since she was about six months old. She has a high arched palate on the left side.
