I found it interesting. Does anyone else get canker sores as a symptom?

Yes constantly. It seems that since the LGL diagnosis I've become allergic to preservatives and many foods. I get canker sores and my tongue swells up. I'm always afraid to eat too much of anything because I don't know how bad it will get. The allergist calls it oral alkergy syndrome. Again- an autoimmune reaction.
