Head Pressure? Spinal pain/tremor?

Hi from Michigan, I'm new here, will try to ask just simple questions at a time... My health history is too complicated to explain in one or more posts. I have long thoracic syrinx, however it was never blamed for severe back pain. I have extreme pain and tremor radiating from mid back. I'm beginning to think that when syrinx is "irritated" or inflamed, it affects my nerve roots, which leaves them throbbing. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Also, head pressure can be debilitating....I literally cannot function. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I hope to be active and of help to fellow sufferers on this forum. I have trouble staying focused, this is why my introduction will have to be done over time. Hope this is okay... Char

Dear TpineSyrinx, Yes! It all sounds spot on. My neurologist told me that all of those symptoms fluctuate depending on how much spinal fluid is in a given area. He told my that not coughing, not lifting or straining in any way, would help.
