Hello, since my last attack last december, I have sometime a little pain in my left arm, under armpit. It's the same pain when we are sick but more less of course... I would like to know if someone of you have the same symptômes. During this attack my left arm was the most painfull. Take care, Anne laure.

Hello Anne Laure. My husband often gets pain in his arms and legs. The compression in his limbs was so severe, that he experienced critical illness neuropathy. For him, the pain comes from severely damaged nerves (it's a sudden, sharp pain).

For me nerve damage to feet causes a lot of pain. These are common in SLCS I am afraid. Northryptaline and gabapentin help with nerve damage.

Hi again. I asked my husband to describe his neuropathy pain, and this is what he said: - Sometimes the pain is just a dull ache that comes and goes. - Sometimes the pain is a sudden sharp pain that makes him jump. - The pain mostly happens in his toes and fingers, but can occur elsewhwere in his feet, lower legs and lower arms. - He gets no pain in his upper arms. - His doctor prescribes him Gabapentin. This helps control the pain but can't resolve it completely. Hope this helps.

Hi Josephite, thank you for your kindness, for the moment I would say my pain is just a dull ache that goes and comes. I have never had a severe attack for the moment but as I have this kind of pain I am worry when the next attack will come. I wish your husband gets better. Take for him, Anne-laure.
