Very classic case of Insulin Auto-Immune Syndrome. Basically, the body creates antibodies to the insulin. It cannot destroy the insulin but merely binds to it. Once the antibody runs out of energy, it releases the insulin. The body will continue to make insulin while the antibodies are binding to it, causing hypoglycemia once released.
