hello everyone I have a 4 year old boy with 4q[31.3]deletion,he had a large asd and vsd which needed to be repaired at 3 months of age, he has fused finger,he has not slept through the night yet,his speech is very delayed,overall his development is delayed by 2 years. i was wondering if anybody has the same deletion as my son and has got any information they would like to share,also i have read that all children with 4q deletion should have in depth metabolic testing including coQ10 and carnitine, my son has not had any tests what so ever, i would be grateful if anyone can give me any information if they know anything about these tests and any other test that my son may need. thanks
